Reporting Methods

All of our programs are provided with an A4 pest management folder which will satisfy regulatory authorities. The client and technician use this medium to record any pest activity and to analyze and rectify any reoccurring trends and building maintenance required. The folders consist of the following documentation:

- Technician service reports

- Material safety data sheets

Guarantee

We guarantee to keep your premises free of the pests specified in your contractual agreement. We have an on call emergency response service operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for those out of hour emergencies, giving you the peace of mind to continue business as usual. We guarantee to attend to all emergencies within 24 hours. We offer an extensive range of services designed to have maximum impact on the target pest species and minimal impact on you, your family and the environment.

The products we select are fully registered and have been through extensive testing to ensure that our clients’ expectations are exceeded.

Customer education is a fundamental part of the services we provide. Technical advice is provided by our technicians and staff to all our clients. This includes our procedure methods, chemicals used and expected outcomes. Material safety data sheets and handouts are available for any products or services used.
